Shaw Boiler and Mechanical is seeking a highly skilled Boiler Mechanic / Welder / Pipe Fitter to join our growing commercial and industrial mechanical team. This is not entry-level work. We are seeking individuals with strong experience in commercial and industrial boiler systems, welding, pipe fitting, mechanical repairs, fabrication, and troubleshooting.

What You’ll Do
- Diagnose, service, repair, and maintain commercial and industrial boiler systems
- Perform pipe fitting, welding, fabrication, and mechanical installations
- Work on steam, condensate, hydronic, fuel gas, and process piping systems
- Perform boiler tube repairs, refractory work, and related mechanical repairs
- Read and interpret blueprints, isometric drawings, and technical schematics
- Troubleshoot mechanical and piping system issues in commercial and industrial facilities
- Respond to emergency service calls when required
- Maintain a safe, organized, and professional work environment
- Complete service documentation and reports accurately
- Work closely with field personnel, project managers, and customers to complete projects efficiently and professionally
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience in boiler mechanics, welding, pipe fitting, or industrial mechanical work
- Strong welding and fabrication experience
- Experience with commercial and industrial boiler systems preferred
- Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings and blueprints
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to work overtime and occasional weekends as needed
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
- Professional attitude and strong work ethic
